🪴 Children of the Overgrown is a webcomic about four friends who live in a peaceful post-POST-apocalypse, where the earth has completely healed over and what’s left of humanity is a small, thriving mountainside community.
🐞 One trip to the overgrown abandoned city of Eshelon changes everything, challenging all the kids know about themselves and the reason why the world faced an apocalypse in the first place.
The Lower Valley
🪴 The Lower Valley is the village where Aspen, Lincoln, Graham and Wren live. This small, thriving community has been mutated from a mix of radiation and magic, but enough time has passed that the people living there are no longer surviving, but thriving. The Lower Valley itself is shaded by highways that lead to Eshelon City.
Eshelon City
🏢 Eshelon is an abandoned tech district that was once the mixing pot of technology and innovation. It now lays abandoned and desolate. With technology no longer holding value, Eshelon has been forgotten, slowly crumbling into ruin. Citizens of the Lower Valley pass through Eshelon to visit the Sky Graves, a spiritual site where the dead are honored through hanging coffins on a mountainside cliff.
